The prices for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to alter our prices.

Payment is required at check out.

 

Shipping and delivery

Shipping prices may vary.  If your order has not been delivered. Please get in touch with us via email or contact us section.

From the time of your order being received by us and delivered to you should be a maximum of 1 week. However this may vary. If delivery has been delayed for any reason. We will be in touch.

Returns, refunds and complaints

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any queries regarding your order.

Many items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, please be sure to contact us before returning a product.

Orders that have been returned by the courier because the orders haven’t been called for, refused or have an incorrect address, once returned to us will be refunded to the account on the original order only, minus the original shipping cost.

We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods, provided that you notify us of the problem 7 days of delivery of the goods, and return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary.
